Genuine Janitorial Cleaning Services provides services unparalled to any other cleaning service in the area. Not only do we provide residential cleaning to all types of homes, we also provide specialized commercial cleaning services for small to medium sized commercial buildings.

Commercial

Carpet Cleaning - Prespray all of the traffic areas, scrub the traffic areas, extract with our high temperature extraction machine and treat any stains that are left over. Spot cleaning also available.
Grout Tile Cleaning - General or deep cleaning available
Floor polishing for hardwood or vinyl floors - Buff, polish, scrub, refinish, strip and waxing services available
Janitorial Housekeeping (per week or per month) - Restrooms, offices, entrances, reception areas, hallways, kitchens, lunch rooms, coffee areas, and conference rooms. All fixtures will be dusted and cleaned including office furniture, filing cabinets, light switches etc. We will also take care of emptying all waste containers, clean and sanitize all drinking fountains and telephones, and spot clean all door frames and doors.
Window Cleaning - We take care of making the inside and outside glass shine as well as the inside partition glass and entrance glass.

Residential

All rooms include:

Vacuum/mop all floors carpets, rugs, and stairs
Clean glass surfaces
Empty wastebaskets

Bathrooms include:

Clean showers, tubs, and sinks
Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base
